EMEA Financial Controller | Andover | £80,000 + Hybrid

Are you a Financial Controller looking for your next challenge in a global manufacturing/FMCG business? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a multi-entity, international finance function, drive process improvements, and lead transformational change.

The Role:

Managing the full finance function across seven international entities (£130m turnover), including accounting, treasury, AP, AR, audit, and payroll
Leading a team of Financial Accountants and transactional finance staff, ensuring smooth financial operations
Driving statutory reporting & audits across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
Leading finance transformation projects - implementing new processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing financial controls
Implementing process efficiencies - cutting reporting time, optimising cash flow, and improving financial controls
Partnering with senior leadership, including CFOs and Private Equity investors, providing insights and strategic financial guidance
Leading global ERP system implementations to streamline financial reporting and improve efficiency
