• Process invoices and reconcile purchasing orders
• Ensure accurate and timely payment processing
• Manage supplier queries and build strong relationships
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure month-end deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports
• Improve payment processes and contribute to the implementation of new systems
• Assist in annual audits

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
