Key Responsibilities:

Enhance the productivity and efficiency of the manufacturing process with measurable benefit
Analyse value streams, identify problems and develop solutions aligned with business priorities and objectives
Apply Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies, ensuring best practices are standardised within operational and delivery teams
Monitor, measure and report on outcomes of implemented solutions

Job Requirements:

Experience in continuous improvement practices within the automotive sector
Expert knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
Proficiency in problem-solving and root cause analysis
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
Proven track record of delivering productivity and efficiency improvements in an automotive production environment
Strong business acumen and IT proficiency, including MS Office 365 suite
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to generate and present reports at all levels of the business
