About the Role:Join our client’s renowned Specialist Cars team in Cheltenham as a Parts Advisor. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a luxury automotive environment. You will play a vital role in supporting the Parts Department to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient operation of the Parts Department, managing the collection and delivery of goods and customer vehicles.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, both external and internal.
- Maintain accurate records of stock and sales, and ensure goods are processed efficiently.
- Collaborate with the wider team to support various operational tasks.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the motor industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A passion for the luxury automotive industry and a basic understanding of luxury vehicle brands.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
