Practice Manager

Reed Accountancy is working with a reputable accountancy practice to find a dedicated Practice Manager. This role is a unique opportunity to assist a senior partner with client portfolio management, mentor junior staff, and eventually manage and grow your own portfolio of clients.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist the senior partner with client portfolio management.
• Review and mentor junior staff, helping to enhance their skills.
• Provide support to other client portfolio managers as needed.
• Post-probation, manage and expand a small portfolio of clients, offering advice on tax, accounting, and business matters.
• Ensure high-quality management of clients’ accounting and tax affairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA or ICAEW).
• Experience in a junior management role with client interaction and staff supervision.
• Client portfolio management experience is desirable.
• Driving licence and own car for client visits and other tasks.
