Role: One Identity Manager SME

Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibility:

* Manage/Administrate Complete OneIdenity Manager Solution

* Understand the requirement from stack holders and propose best solution for the requirement

* Maintain the tool with all patch & feature updates.

* Explore the features and propose the usability of the feature with current configuration

* Job Queue monitoring

* Ensure Target System communications

* Connect with support team to understand the repeated issue and provide a permanent fix

* Coordinate with technical teams related to the Identity Manager tool

* Automate the jobs which can reduce the manual interventions

* Communicate respective stack holder on outages, maintenance window

* Integration of Active Roles & Safeguard solution

* Enhancement of existing code

* Understand the existing scripts and support on any enhancements

* Manage the report Jobs

Technical Skills:

* L3 level Expertise in OneIdentity Identity Manager

* L1 level Expertise in Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID

* Strong scripting Knowledge

* Knowledge on OneIdentity ActiveRoles & Safeguard tools

* Basic knowledge on Exchange Online & Exchange Sever

* Deep understanding on Patching the tool & server

Must have: (As applicable)

* Sound knowledge and experience on OneIdentity Identity Manager, Active Directory, Entra ID, Scripting, ActiveRoles,Safeguard, Change Auditor

Nice to have: (As applicable)

* Powershell, VBA, SQL Coding
