Key Responsibilities:
  • ???�? Provide tailored one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
  • �? Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that meets the diverse needs of students.
  • ?? Assist teachers in delivering personalised learning strategies and interventions, both inside and outside the classroom.
  • ?? Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the holistic development of each student.
  • ?? Support students with their social, emotional, and academic progress, encouraging confidence and independence.
  • ?? Monitor and track student development, providing feedback to teachers on their progress and areas for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
  • �? Experience working with children or young people with SEN in a school or care setting is highly desirable.
  • �? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students.
  • ?? A genuine passion for working with students with additional needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
  • ?? Ability to work collaboratively with the teaching team and support staff to ensure each child’s learning needs are met.
  • �? Knowledge of SEN practices and strategies, or a willingness to learn and undertake relevant training.
