Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Walsall, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £24k - £42k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a knowledgeable and qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, with a well-rounded skillset and excellent technical know-how. You will be covering a mix of sites within the Midlands, undertaking the full range of Asbestos Surveys as well as Site Analytical duties. The company is a busy and leading name within Asbestos, who can offer great further development for hardworking individuals. Ideally you will need to be located around: Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley, West Bromwich, Brierley Hill, Halesowen, Birmingham, Solihull, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Coventry, Cannock, Lichfield, Tamworth, Rugeley, Nuneaton, Tamworth, Measham, Coalville, Derby, Loughborough, Nottingham, Beeston, Stafford, Penkridge.

Experience / Qualifications:
- You must have experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, within a well-established outfit
- Will be qualified with the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalent)
- Strong understanding of industry technical guidelines
- Flexible attitude
- Able to travel as per company requirements

The Role:
- Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos surveys
- Working across a mix of Commercial, Domestic and Local Authority Client sites
- Undertaking 4 Stage Clearances as well as Personal, Leak, Reassurance and Background air testing
- Writing detailed and bespoke reports for Clients
- Ensuring both Clients and site operatives remain compliant with industry guidelines
- Working to UKAS and HSG guidelines
- Maintaining strong working relationships with both site staff and Clients
