Production Engineer - Manufacturing Excellence!

Location: UK | Full-time

Are you a hands-on Production Engineer with a passion for efficiency and innovation? Join a leading manufacturer, driving machine uptime and productivity in a fast-paced engineering environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Designing machine tooling, work holding, and cutting tools

* Driving process improvements & lean manufacturing initiatives

* Introducing and validating new machining technology

* Resolving production issues to ensure smooth operations

* Collaborating with Design, Quality, and Operations teams

What You Need:

* HNC qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering + time-served apprenticeship

* 2+ years in a Production Engineering role

* Experience in CNC machining, milling, and turning

* Knowledge of TPM, lean methodologies & process improvements

* Hands-on AutoCAD/CAM experience
