The Role

Reed Marketing and Creative are seeking a dynamic Senior Campaign Manager to lead an expanding Retail Media team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with world renowned brands and be part of a vibrant team driving the company’s growth. This is an in-house opportunity liaising closely with brands across the portfolio. You will need expertise in end-to-end Paid Media management across paid social and display.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimise sponsored products, display, and social advertising campaigns.
• Exceed sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client (brand) relationships.
• Lead regular client check-ins and communicate optimisations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for smooth campaign execution.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of executing and optimising paid social media campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using multiple data sources.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for coaching and team development.
