Staff Nurse - RGN/RMN/RNLD

Hourly Rate: £19

Rotation of day and night shifts

36.75 hours per week

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse who is committed to providing high-quality and personalised care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care to residents with varying complex needs, including those with physical and long-term neurological conditions, during day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Nursing qualification - RGN,RMN or RNLD
• Valid UK NMC PIN
• Proven experience in a care home setting, including caring for residents with physical and long-term neurological conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care, particularly for residents with physical and long-term neurological conditions

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care to residents, including those with physical and long-term neurological conditions, in accordance with their individual care plans
• Administer medications and carry out medical treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health status, including those with physical and long-term neurological conditions
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery for residents with varying needs
• Support and mentor junior staff members in providing care for residents with physical and long-term neurological conditions
