Salary: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour

Venn Group are excited to be partnering with an Essex based housing provider to recruit for a Finance Administrator on a temporary basis to support their accounts payable function. As a Finance Administrator, you will be working within an organisation who have an excellent track record of delivering housing support to residents in Essex. 

This Finance Administrator will be dealing with invoice processing and reconciliations so being diligent and having excellent attention to detail is a must.

Rate: £13 - £15 per hour (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Monitoring payables
  • Managing accruals and pre-payments
  • Contacting suppliers and accounts reconciliation works

Requirements:

  • Xero (desirable)
  • Previous experience of invoice processing (minimum 6 months)
  • DBS check dated in the last 12 months (not essential but will enable a faster onboarding)
  • Excellent attention to detail
