Preference is given to those with between 1-3 years post-qualification experience, though promising newly qualified solicitors are welcome to apply.Main Responsibilities? Handling a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and funding arrangements.? Delivering sound, client-focused legal advice on all aspects of commercial property.? Preparing, analysing, and negotiating complex legal documentation.? Building and nurturing long-standing client connections.? Working in tandem with the Department Head and wider team to maintain exceptional service delivery.?
