Finitas has teamed up with a leading insurance broker to recruit a Finance Business Partner. The ideal candidate will work on planning, forecasting, annual budgeting and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts.
• Lead monthly cost reviews, ensuring alignment with budget and addressing deviations.
• Report financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Support commercial decision-making and drive cost efficiencies.
• Work with central finance and assist in integrating newly acquired businesses.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant
• Over 5 years of experience in commercial finance within the insurance industry.
• Proven track record in budgeting, planning, and monthly reporting.
