New Business Team Member

Annual Salary: £25,000 OTE £35,000

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic New Business Team Member to join our dynamic team. The role involves making outbound cold calls to book appointments for our field-based Business Development Managers. This is an ideal position for a hardworking individual with a proven track record in telesales who is eager to drive new business opportunities.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Cold calling potential customers to generate new leads.
• Qualifying new leads and actively pursuing dormant prospects.
• Profiling potential clients using fact-finding techniques to identify opportunities.
• Establishing decision-makers within targeted organisations.
• Building and managing your own pipeline of prospects.
• Communicating effectively with the Field Sales Team.
• Entering and updating leads and opportunities in the database.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a telesales role.
• Hardworking, proactive, and enthusiastic about sales.
• Ability to work well in a sales-oriented team environment.
• Self-motivated with the confidence to use initiative.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Capable of speaking with senior managers in large organisations to generate business leads and appointments.
• Resilient, with a willingness to make numerous calls and cope with challenges and objections.
• Highly skilled with significant experience in a telesales role.
