Following the appointment of the current Headteacher to headship at another school, the Governing Body are seeking to appoint an inspirational and exceptional leader who will take our school into the next stage of its journey.

Windsor Clive Primary School is a highly inclusive and vibrant school, set in the diverse community of Ely. There are more than 480 pupils on roll, with over 68% of pupils entitled to free school meals, 33% learning English as an Additional Language and 40% from Ethnic Minority groups. A significant number of pupils have Additional Learning Needs. We have a range of excellent provision to meet the needs of our children and families, including a dedicated EAL facility, two Local Authority Specialist Resource Bases for pupils with Complex Learning Needs, bespoke ‘Hive’ provision to support pupils across the school with ALN and a full-time Family Engagement Officer to support and engage parents and carers. The school has won several awards that recognise the good practice that exists at the school including the Thrive School of Excellence, School of Sanctuary and Silver Rights Respecting Schools Award.
