Key Responsibilities:

Supporting senior planners in managing planning applications, appeals, and strategic projects.
Conducting research and preparing reports to inform planning decisions.
Liaising with local authorities, clients, and other stakeholders.
Assisting in the preparation of site appraisals and feasibility studies.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of planning legislation and policy changes.About You:

A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for urban planning and sustainable development.
