Our client is in the Financial Services industry and are looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join their expanding team

Responsibilities for the Client Service Coordinator role include:

  • To ensure all client requests and related tasks are dealt with professionally and effectively delivering a positive experience for clients
  • Arrange client meetings on behalf of the Advisors
  • Collate and manage information and facts, preparing documentation for client meetings
  • Maintain client contact, keeping them updated on the current position with regards to any ongoing matters on behalf of the Advisors
  • Ensure the post meeting processing is completed within deadlines
  • Ensure back-office system is maintained detailing all ongoing actions and workflow
  • Produce suitability letters for simple transactions for example, post meeting reports, bed and ISA and fund switch letters

For the Client Service Coordinator role, you will need:

  • Min of 2 years' experience in an administration role within the financial services sector
  • A good understanding of the advice process
  • Exceptional organisational skills, able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build strong relationships
  • A strong work ethic, and a flexible attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of industry specific software systems
