With Horizon Parking growing rapidly due to our business's success, as a company we have begun to receive a higher volume of incoming correspondence, especially via our telephone help line. With the business receiving an estimated 1,000 incoming telephone queries per week, we are now able to build a team solely dedicated to answering any queries, ranging from customer to client queries.
What are we looking for?
- A patient & organised candidate who has excellent communication skills to work as a Customer Call Advisor.
- Someone able to dedicate themselves to offering outstanding customer service for 35 hours per week, working Monday to Friday

What will we expect in return?
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner
- Provide information on the company's products, services and generate interest current offers
- Research the required information using available resources
- Route calls to other team members as necessary
- Make relevant notes from customer interactions and log them correctly
- Identify any issues that customers may have and offer resolutions where possible
- Report customer feedback
- Complete call logs and reports
- Manage & update location databases
- Provide excellent customer service
- Any additional business needs as and when required
What do we need from you?
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong customer service background - ideally from a call centre environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and listening communications skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Basic IT, literacy and numeracy skills.
- Pro-active and self-motivated, with a can do attitude
