As a Solution Architect, you'll be involved in every phase of the delivery lifecycle, adopting a hands-on, delivery-focused approach across multiple domains and leading technologies.
They  are technology-agnostic and use the best tools for each project. With strong partnerships with AWS, Azure, and GCP, they welcome Solution Architects with experience across various leading vendors.
Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or comparable role, with a solid foundation in software design and system integration.
Proven ability to design complex enterprise-level solutions involving diverse platforms and technologies.
Demonstrated expertise in building cloud-based or hybrid system architectures.Technical Skills

Programming Languages: Proficient in at least one language such as Java, Python, or C#.
Cloud Platforms: Strong understanding of cloud services and architectures, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Modern Development Practices: Experienced with APIs, microservices, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and contemporary software development approaches.
Database Knowledge: Familiar with SQL, NoSQL, and data management best practices.
DevOps & Automation: Knowledgeable about DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.Soft Skills

Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail in solution design.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines while prioritizing tasks effectively.
Effective leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate across teams.Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar methodologies.
Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Understanding of security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in DevOps environments.
