PMO Analyst
Location: Maidenhead, 2 days a week in the office, 3 from home
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Starting from £47,000 per annum, depending upon skills and experience
Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week, Mon - Fri
What you'll be doing
Join our PMO team supporting Project Managers, in mastering project workbooks and SharePoint. You'll interrogate data and create eye-catching reports for various audiences highlighting costs, risks, issues, milestones, KPI's and RAG statuses. You'll refine the existing tools used, create SharePoint lists, views, and Power BI dashboards, all while working closely with our Finance Business Partner.
You will review new project requests, establish their Teams channels and create relevant data in SharePoint. You'll also contribute to the evolution of our processes. Supporting our Project Management training will be your remit, identifying training needs and liaising with the supplier.

What you need to have
- Prince2, APM or similar accreditation, along with PMO Practitioner experience
- SharePoint Development expertise
- Business Intelligence Implementation abilities. (Further training in Power BI is available)
- An understanding of not-for-profit environments
- Excellent people-skills (active listening, communicating clearly, collaborating effectively)
- Organised, professional, flexible approach
