We're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join our team, working on varied and impactful projects across our clients' premises in Northampton and Burton Latimer. What We Offer:

* Salary: Up to £58,000 per annum, based on experience.

* Car Allowance: £4,800 per annum or company van (for essential users).

* Sick Pay: SSP during probation; then 2 weeks full pay, followed by 2 weeks half pay.

* Probation Period: 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform electrical installation and maintenance work across multiple industrial sites.

* Install tray work and conduit systems to ensure efficient operation.

* Conduct control panel wiring and circuit fault finding to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.

* Work with 3-phase and single-phase motors, ensuring proper functionality.

* Carry out remedial corrective actions and contribute to the continuous improvement of plant systems.

* Support additional electrical installations as required.

Skills & Experience:

* Experience in building and modifying control panels.

* Knowledge of BS 60204 regarding the electrical equipment of machines and control panels.

* Proven experience in fault finding and troubleshooting electrical issues.

* Familiarity with testing to BS 7671 standards.

* Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings accurately.

* Strong understanding of Risk Assessment & Method Statements.

* A flexible team player with the ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Qualifications:

* Relevant electrical qualifications (C&G, BTEC, NVQ).

* City & Guilds 17th or 18th Edition certification.

* Electrical Testing Certification (2391 or 2394/5).

* Experience in industrial environments, ideally within food/manufacturing sectors.
