Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a established and steadily growing SME, based in the New Forest, in recruiting an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

The business are renowned locally for their close-knit, family feel and specific USP in a crowded market place.
The Finance department also have a growing reputation for providing employees with both autonomy and a supportive culture.

In this newly-created, relationship driven role, you will build and maintain customer relations, with the trust to collect debt in the way you see fit.
You'll organise and maintain customer credit applications, assessing risk factors, as well as monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received before due dates wherever possible.

You will also be encouraged to play a key role in supporting the wider Finance team, analysing Financial data in excel as well as assisting with month-end processes and ad-hoc projects.
