BIM Technician:

Location: Croydon

Salary: up to £35,000 + package

* A Revit Technician with 2 years' experience accustomed to draughting MEP services

* Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

* Capable of creating technical drawings to BS ISO 128 series standards for mechanical, electrical and public health systems

* Experience using Navisworks & Autocad

* Within commutable distance of East Croydon Station

* Attention to detail, great communication, inquisitive, team player

* Right to work in the UK

Preferred but not essential:

* Degree, HNC/HND or other relevant higher education qualification in construction/mechanical/ electrical engineering/project management or similar

* Experience working at an M&E contractor, ideally mechanical

* Experience being based on site

* CSCS card
