With a vibrant brand and a strong market position, the business is gearing up for its next stage of growth – and financial leadership is key.The Role:We’re seeking a commercially astute Financial Controller with a strong technical accounting foundation and deep experience in multi-jurisdictional audit and tax compliance. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead financial reporting, ensure compliance across multiple territories, and support strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee statutory reporting and external audits across EMEA, Australia, and Canada
• Manage complex international tax filings, ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Provide technical accounting leadership (IFRS/UK GAAP), especially around consolidations, FX, and intercompany transactions
• Partner with FP&A to deliver accurate and insightful reporting for senior leadership and the PE board
• Play a key role in process improvement, systems development, and future M&A integration

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/CA or equivalent)
• Strong technical accounting background, ideally trained in practice (Big 4 or Top 10)
• Proven experience handling multi-jurisdictional audit and tax matters
• Exposure to PE-backed environments and rapid growth businesses a plus
• Confident, proactive communicator with strong commercial awareness
