Our client is a well known global company, with an excellent reputation and they are looking for a juior administartor for their head office in Richmond.

The Role:

As a Property Services Administrator, you will be an integral member of the Property tenancy team, supporting the lettings team in delivering exceptional customer service in line with the company’s vision and values. You will gain exposure to a variety of tasks, equipping you with the experience needed to develop your skills within the Property Management industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Property Services team in all aspects of Tenancy Management
  • Updating records using multiple database systems
  • Providing proactive support and delivering excellent customer service to clients and team members
  • Liaising with various departments to ensure accurate, up-to-date information is maintained
  • Handling data entry, validation, and document review, including collating and filing
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and coordinating works on behalf of Property Partners
  • Managing key processes in Tenancy Management
  • Championing a customer-centric journey for tenants, from introductory calls to move-in milestones
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and staying informed of policy changes, including Tenancy Agreements, HMO regulations, Gas & Electrical Safety, Landlord and Tenant Law, and Fire Safety Regulations
  • Organizing and managing third-party tenancy services and pre-tenancy logistics
  • Monitoring deposit registration processes to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Contributing to departmental development through ad-hoc projects aimed at improving efficiency and the customer journey

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm

Salary: £28,000
