Student System Training Lead

£45,000 to £56,000 per annum

Hybrid working (2 days in office)

Are you an experienced systems training lead for Ellucian Banner University platforms? which is specifically designed for the Higher Education sector which provides an excellent student and staff user experience, if so this could be the role for you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a training strategy for the Banner student record system.
• Build a detailed understanding of the training needs for the user community and recommend the most appropriate methods for delivering effective systems training to them.
• Working as part of the Student Systems Team, you'll report to the Head of Business Change and Project Support.
• Understand the best training tools, methodologies, and models.
• Build a detailed training approach that effectively builds users' competence and confidence in the use of the Banner system.
