The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Business and Economics Teacher to join our team starting in January. The ideal candidate will be passionate about engaging students in the subjects of Business and Economics, fostering curiosity, and promoting critical thinking. This role will involve teaching across various key stages, contributing to curriculum planning, and preparing students for exams and further study.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Business and Economics lessons in line with the curriculum standards.
Inspire and challenge students to achieve their full potential.
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of learners.
Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Business and Economics curriculum.
Support extracurricular activities, including relevant clubs, competitions, and field trips.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; teaching qualification preferred.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
Previous teaching experience in Business and/or Economics, ideally across Key Stage 3-5.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business and Economics education.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Desirable Qualities:

Experience with exam board specifications and assessment requirements.
Ability to integrate technology and innovative practices into the classroom.
