**Role Overview: ** 

As a maintenance team leader your role will include

-        Managing a team of seniors and maintenance engineers on site,

-        Supporting with 1-2-1, training and PDP

-        Will support with CI work when necessary

-         Liaising with production, running shift, driving H/S and stores management

**Candidate Profile: ** 

The ideal candidate for this Maintenance team leader position should have: 

- Minimum Level 3 qualification in either mechanical or electrical engineering 

- Strong team player 

- experience working in a manufacturing, automation, or other engineering sector

- LEADERSHIP experience in a engineering environment
