A Facades specialist contractor, seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects. The ideal candidate will be confident overseeing national contracts.

Responsibilities will include:

* Initial investigation of the façade, opening up key areas of the building to enable our Fire Consultants to risk assess the façade and formulate a Remediation Plan.

* Cost Plan and establish Site Logistics for the works to be completed - to allow the building users to understand the disruption and timescales

* Progress Detailed Design to satisfy statutory bodies, including Building Control and the Fire Service, along with our own Fire Consultants and PI Insurers.

* Deliver the solutions on site, where required, maintaining budgets, timescales and Public Protection.

* Complete the Works to achieve the required certification - EWS1 Certificates A1 to B2, depending on requirements.
