- Sourcing candidates.
- Pre-screening candidates.
- Setting up interviews.
- Preparing candidates for interview.
- Getting interview feedback.
- Negotiating terms of contract.
- Closing deals.

Recruitment Consultant - Trainee - Requirements:
- Up to 6 months RECRUITMENT experience very desirable.
- SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED! - B2B, B2C, D2D, BD, Account Management etc.
- Degree qualified: 2:1 and above preferred, but not essential
- Competitive - high-level sporting achievements are very sought after.
- Self-motivated, excellent work ethic and desire to succeed (this is SUPER important).
- Resilient - you must have the ability and tenacity to spend most of your day cold calling.
- Charismatic - be an impressionable individual that can build rapport.
- Money-motivated - ultimately that is how you are directly rewarded in recruitment.
- Salesy - it is a sales job after all.
