My client is an independent Insurance Broker who are expanding their Birmingham presence and due to growth looking to find their next Corporate Account Executive. Having launched their Birmingham office, they've grown to a tight-knit team and are now looking for an ambitious professional ready to shape the future of this new hub.

This isn't just another sales role. You'll be working directly with experienced brokers as well as collaborating with senior figures in shaping and building the Birmingham presence.
This is the next key hire in the team and my client are looking for someone with the drive, ambition, and entrepreneurial mindset to build and scale a corporate book of business. What You'll Be Doing:
Building and growing your own corporate client book with support from the team
Working closely with the senior team to identify and convert new business opportunities
Leveraging introducers and existing connections in London and Birmingham markets
Taking full ownership of client relationships and ensuring first-class service
Playing a pivotal role in the growth of the Birmingham office

Proven ability to build or grow a corporate client book - target size c.£250k commission income
Entrepreneurial, self-starting, and ready to seize the chance to shape a new branch
