Our client, a secondary school in Hockley, Essex is looking for an energetic, and flexible Kitchen Manager to work in their school kitchen. As part of the team, your main duties will be to prepare and cook food as directed by the school. Working days for this role are Monday - Friday

A valid enhanced DBSis essential for this role.

• Management of a small team.
• Managing the service, ordering, freshly producing, and serving healthy meals as required
• Foodservice to students in a polite and courteous manner
• The preparation and service of food & beverages, providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring health and safety regulations and the company's food hygiene procedures are adhered to
