Registered Manager (Children's Learning Disabilities Services) - Near Stafford
£50,000 + Generous Bonus Scheme

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a childrens home for young people with learning disabilities near Stafford.

As a Registered Manager, you will oversee the day to day operations of the home, working for an independent provider known for its commitment to staff development and delivering high-quality care.

Exciting time to join the organisation as they plan further growth, opening up a clear route into dual home management in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the children's home, ensuring the services maintain a high standard of care and regulatory compliance
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring it meets the needs of the children and young people
- Develop and implement care plans in line with each child's needs, working collaboratively with families and external professionals
- Ensure the home continue to achieve Good or Outstanding ratings with Ofsted, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards
- Support and develop staff teams, ensuring they receive the necessary training and supervision to provide exceptional care
- Drive continuous improvement across the service, fostering a nurturing, positive environment for young people

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in children's residential care, ideally within learning disabilities services
- A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and experience in achieving Good or Outstanding ratings
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire teams across multiple services
- Full UK driving license
