Contract Manager - Security Sector

💼 Location: Office-based with travel to customer sites
💰 Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

Are you an experienced Contract Manager looking for your next challenge? We're working with a leading National Security business that is on the lookout for skilled professionals to manage a portfolio of 20-30 key customer accounts.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-facing position, ensuring smooth operational delivery while driving growth and long-term relationships. You'll be working both in the office and on the road, meeting clients and ensuring their projects are delivered to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Managing a portfolio of regular-spending customer accounts

* Building strong relationships and maximising growth opportunities

* Overseeing project delivery and ensuring top-tier service

* Identifying areas for account expansion and additional revenue

* Working closely with internal teams to deliver on customer needs

* Travelling to client sites to maintain and strengthen relationships

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in contract management, account management, or similar within the Seuirty, Facilities or Construction Sectors.

* Strong commercial awareness and business growth mindset

* Excellent communication & negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently & collaborate across teams

* Comfortable with regular customer visits & travel
