Responsible for all purchase ledger administrative tasks
Dealing with the entire process of purchase ledger invoices
Answering queries from all suppliers & internal departments
Reconciling statements & checking for discrepancies
All necessary organisation of invoices & statements etc
Ensuring credit card transactions are processed correctly
Attend weekly meetings across departments
AD HOC duties across other departments when required
