THE ROLE As a Customer Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality customer data, conducting in-depth analyses, and delivering actionable insights. Your work will directly support the company's mission to enhance customer service and drive performance across multiple teams.
Key responsibilities include: YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with statistical methodologies and customer behaviour analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Cognos.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
- A customer-first approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to confidentiality and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- A degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline is desirable
