- Act as the primary liaison for the trainer faculty, coordinating course outlines and scheduling.
- Support the sales team with proposal preparation, including visual design of learning solutions.
- Organise Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and update sales materials in collaboration with marketing.
Skills:
- Experience in a learning environment, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Canva.
- Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with senior experts and manage time lines effectively.
