PAYE basis (NOT UMBRELLA)

On Offer:

* Rate of £17.64 per hour - first 39 hours

* Rate of £26.46 per hour - last 11 hours

* Rate of £19.58 per hour - Average across 50 hour week

Other Benefits:

* Overtime Saturday - First 4 hours - time and a half, last 6 double

* Overtime Sunday - Double time

Candidates must have:

* Full understanding of duties required for construction works.

* Full understanding of duties required for ground works.

* Good understanding of concrete associated works.

* Capable of working to instruction with minimal explanation.

* Ability to work with others.

* Provide assistance to chargehand and other tradesman.

* CSCS Card Blue (Skilled Worker)

* Manual handling

* Knowledge of multiple trades.

* Abrassive wheels.

* Working at height, lanyards

* Driving licence

Preferred

* IPAF

* PASMA

* CSCS Gold

* Experience of Shuttering Carpentry or Steel Fixing
