Client: With a turnover of circa £250 million, the client is one of London's leading M&E Contractors who are responsible for delivering some of London's flagship Commercial, Healthcare, Data centre and pharmaceutical projects. Role: Mechanical Project Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for being the senior manager on one of Canary Wharfs largest office spaces. The client is refurbishing multiple floors which includes a circa £10million MEP package,

* Procurement of subcontractors, kit and plant

* Technical submittals

* RFIs - Liaison with client team, main contractor and sub contractors

* Value Engineering where applicable

* Programming of works - using MS Project or Asta project

* Health & Safety management (RAMs)

* Commercial Responsibility, assisting with sub contractor variation accounts working alongside project specific Quantity Survey.

* Management of variations

* Team Coordination (overseeing junior engineers, construction managers and supervisors)

* Progress meetings with sub contractors, client and internal meetings

* Overseeing commissioning stages

* Formulation of OM Manuals and client handover

* The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience working within commercial fitout sector

* Experience in a management role

* Have significant experience delivering projects through project completion
