Key Responsibilities:

* The Depot Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the depot runs efficiently and meets all performance goals.

* The role involves managing and developing a team of service technicians, parts staff, and administrative personnel.

* The Depot Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards.

* Continuous improvement initiatives will be a key focus, driving operational efficiency and cost reductions.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers will be essential to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

* The Depot Manager will coordinate closely with sales and aftersales teams to provide seamless customer support.
