Job Advert: Cover Supervisors - South Birmingham Area (January Start)

Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a rewarding role in secondary schools across South Birmingham? We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Cover Supervisors to join schools in the area. Positions are available on both a full-time and part-time basis, starting in January.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes across various subjects in the absence of the regular teacher
Ensure students remain on task, manage classroom behavior, and support learning
Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher
Promote a positive learning environment and encourage student engagementRequirements:

Previous experience working in a secondary school setting
Strong classroom management skills
A passion for supporting students in their learning journey
