This is a well-known high-street retailer that serves millions of customers every year!

THE ROLE

As a CRM Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Implement a customer loyalty program and grow out the loyalty customer base
• Optimise and deploy the loyalty benefits associated with the loyalty strategy
• Build and execute loyalty campaigns across multiple channels
• Work with the analytics team to define loyalty KPIs and measure customer segment performance and identify improvements
• Maintain strong relationships with external agencies

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Loyalty experience
• Previous experience from a highstreet retailer would be a nice to have but not essential
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Able to execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels
