Why This Role Is Special:

This is a dual role to oversea two sites, with the second site being St Albans. You will only be required to be at the second site for one day a week.

As a General Manager, you’ll have full ownership of our restaurant operations—from the bustling front-of-house to the precise execution in the kitchen. You’ll lead with a business owner’s mindset, creating a vibrant, customer-focused environment that keeps guests coming back.
