Join Our Team as a Spanish-Speaking Sales Executive!
We are looking for a motivated Spanish-speaking Sales Executive to help expand our sales presence across Latin America. This entry-level role is perfect for junior sales professionals or recent college/university graduates based in London.
About Us: We are a London-based company with over 10 years of expertise in organizing conferences and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual sales through cold calling.
- Sell sponsorship packages and tickets for our events.
- Research and identify new leads and contacts.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of up to £28,000, based on experience.
- Achievable uncapped commission structure between £12K - £16K on top of your base salary.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Native-level Spanish (essential).
- At least 1 month of cold calling or call center experience (preferred but not required).
- A strong ambition and desire to succeed.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a sales role.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work full-time on-site at our London office, Monday to Friday.

Compensation:
- Base salary up to £28,000, based on experience, plus uncapped commissions paid monthly.
