Senior Quantity Surveyor

£60k to £90k per annum DOE + package/benefits

Due to continued growth, our client, a leading developer of quality homes are looking for a site based Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

You will take full commercial responsibility and ownership for the project, which is a 250+ unit development, whilst maintaining relationships and maximising commercial returns and managing risk.

Essentials:

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• House building experience
• Proficiency in construction software
• Organised and commercially aware
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
• Ambitious and a team player.
