Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Role Overview:
As a Technical Supervisor, you will play a key role in providing technical support for building systems while overseeing a dedicated M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Engineering team. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the facilities and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support for building systems, ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently.

* Oversee and manage a team of M&E engineers, providing guidance and support as required.

* Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.

* Complete Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to maintain health and safety standards.

* Manage sub-contractors, ensuring high standards of work and compliance with company policies.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Strong technical background in facilities management, building systems, or a related field.

* Proven experience overseeing M&E teams.

* Solid understanding of KPIs, RAMS, and health & safety regulations.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
