Right now, I'm looking to speak to a hands-on Production Shift Manager who thrives in fast-paced environment where decision-making, team leadership, and operational know-how are critical.

Here's the deal:

4 on, 4 off: A mix of day and night 12-hour shifts, giving you a full four days off after every run.
£45,000 - £50,000 salary: Competitive pay with added benefits (private medical, pension, electric vehicle scheme).
Autonomy: You'll be the top decision-maker on your shift, responsible for a team of 11 (2 direct reports) and driving high-volume production with minimal input from upper management.
