Are you passionate about servicing clients and colleagues well on a daily basis? Do you have previous experience working with projects and happy supporting management? Our client based in Guildford are looking for an Investor Administrator to join their team!The Investor Administrator will:Process administrative activitiesDeal with new business and servicing clientsPerform all key administration duties Monitor receipt of stock and cash Deal with balances to make sure they are in line with expectationsMonitor, re-allocate and escalate any issues to make sure the SLAs are metAnswer customer and adviser queries Monitor outstanding queries to a satisfactory completionMaintain accurate client and adviser recordsPrepare and dispatch welcome letters Be responsible for other correspondence timely and accurately and in line with SLAsUnderstand the rules and regulations Support any other general activities that may be required from time to timeThe Investor Administrator will:Have an understanding of funds or modelsBe confident with core client journeys Maintain good problem solving skills and be able to change processesWork with confidence on the telephone and via email Have a good understanding of wealth managementHave worked within a similar role previouslyWork well under pressure and be organizedPlease apply for further information and the chance to be considered for this great role!
