Objective
To support the Project Manager with all administrative duties ensuring all works
are compliant with respect to; Project Delivery, Commercial Applications and Health & Safety.
Duties
* Create work packs to include
* Collation of completion packs from previous week
* Clock off completed works
* Raising outage requests on DOP System
* Raise and arrange Traffic Management requests
* Liaise with client & local authorities
* Liaison with 3rd party interface such as hire companies.
* Collation of Timesheets
* Attend Project Meetings
* Minute Meetings with Contracts/Planning/Project when required
* Cross reference cost & sales summary sheet with monthly commercial application and forward to Commercial Team.
* Various other ad hoc duties as required
Experience
* Have very good written and spoken English skills.
* Requires detailed knowledge & usage of excel
* Basic level of IT literacy.
* Ideally have experience in the utilities industry or similar.
